Designed by Oleg Ruditser, the structure yields 22 residences and 11 parking spaces. Available on NYC Housing Connect are seven units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,858 to $156,130.

Amenities include bike storage lockers, shared laundry room, gym, spa, yoga and dance studio, virtual doorman, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, air-conditioning, hardwood floors, and patios or balconies. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity, which includes stove, heat, and hot water.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are two studios with a monthly rent of $1,950 for incomes ranging from $66,858 to $138,840 and five one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,050 for incomes ranging from $70,286 to $156,130.

Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 24, 2022.
