The affordable housing lottery has launched for 99, 101, and 103 Grove Street, three four-story residential buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by Infocus and developed by 103 Grove Street LLC, the structures each yield eight residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,429 to $156,130.
Amenities include pet-friendly policies, storage, and a rooftop terrace. Units come equipped with washers and dryers, dishwashers, name-brand kitchen appliances, countertops, and finishes, hardwood floors, air conditioning, and a patio or balcony.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are nine one-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,200 for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $156,130.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than October 4, 2022.
