TORONTO, Aug. 16, 2022 /CNW/ – NADG NNN Actual Property Funding Believe (“the “REIT”) is happy to announce the vote casting effects from the particular assembly of unitholders (“Unitholders”) hung on August 4, 2022 (the “Assembly”).

On the Assembly, Unitholders voted in favour of a different answer extending the time period of the REIT till August 17, 2023 and offering for an extra extension of the time period of the REIT for an extra one-year length on the sole discretion of North American Asset Control Corp., the Canadian supervisor of the REIT (the “Extension”). The Extension is meant to permit control of the REIT to proceed to execute its technique to succeed in the REIT’s targets, together with the of completion of a liquidity match for Unitholders.

The result of the Assembly have been 1,525,700 votes forged for the Extension and no votes forged towards.
